Return Policy
JoPak stands behind products we make. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase in like new condition. JoPak does not cover ordinary damages caused by improper use, accidents, unauthorized repair, or user errors. If an item has a manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship, please contact our team and we will resolve the issue in a timely manner under our warranty program.
All returns require its original carton, packaging materials, and all accessories. All products must be sanitized prior to returning.
We do not accept returns for products that have been used in healthcare, biological, and industrial environments due to safety concerns.
All returns require RA (return authorization) number. We do not accept returns without one. To obtain a RA number, please fill out a RA form.
All returned products are subject to a 20% restocking fee and the return shipping must be prepaid and insured by the purchaser.

Returns and Exchanges by Mail
All return packages must be shipped with a valid tracking number and insurance. JoPak is not responsible for package lost or damage in transit. Package must be shipped out within 5 days of issuance of the RA number.
All returns must include original box, original factory packaging (foam, plastic, wrappings, etc.), all instruction booklets and accessories (if they are included with the original package).
If the returned merchandise does not meet the conditions of the requirements above or within our return policy, it will be sent back to the customer at own's expense.
