JoPak's products go through a set of strict quality control processes before these products leave our factory plants to ensure each product meets the certified standards set forth by the organizations. These products shall be free from defects both in materials and workmanship. 

To provide an assurance and giving you the trust into our company and products, JoPak offers 12 and 24-month warranty (varied on products). Detail of our warranty program is listed in the terms and condition below.

Filing for a warranty claim

Contact our team at sales@jopaktech.com to initiate the warranty claim process. Please have your proof of purchase (invoice) ready.

Warranty Terms and Condition

• Warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferrable
• Warranty applies to units purchased from our authorized reselling network (distributors and resellers)
• Warranty starts on the date of the purchase
• Defects in materials and workmanship only. Any damages caused by user errors, misuse (not operated following our instruction/user manual), unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear are not covered under warranty
• All warranty returns are freight prepaid and insured by the claimer with an assigned RA number (return authorization). We are not responsible for any packages sent to us without an assigned RA number
